Fresh Air Aviation has 2 locations.
Our Charlevoix office/terminal is conveniently located 1/2 mile south of the Charlevoix Airport entrance off US 31 next to the Ford Dealer. Our address is 06918 Old Norwood Rd. Charlevoix. That is where we will check you in for your flight to the island.
On Beaver Island we are located at the Beaver Island township Airport in the main terminal.

We will need the following information:

Fresh Air Aviation operates as an on-demand air service, which means we do not run on a fixed schedule. Instead, flights are arranged based on passenger needs and availability.
Fresh Air Aviation has on site parking for reasonable overnight, weekly, monthly or yearly rates.
On your return flight our crew will have your car ready waiting for you when you get off the plane.
Yes. All pets are welcome. A pet that weighs 20 pounds or less and rides on your lap is free!
Our quieter interiors and engines make a real difference in your pets comfort. Many have told us their dogs enjoy their flight much more now then ever before.
Yes. Fresh Air Aviation guarantees 30 pounds go with each passenger. Any luggage over 30 pounds is put on the plane on a 'space available' basis.
We will make every effort to make sure your luggage is on the island by our last flight of the day. If it does not make it in the same day, we will prioritize it for the next morning. If your luggage MUST make it with you, we recommend calling to see what flights have extra space on them that day so we can send the luggage ahead of you.
Max size per item is 36" by 30" and 50 pounds per item unless prior arrangements have been made. A surcharge of $10 per over sized item will be charged in additional to the .35 cents per pound. We do encourage smaller bags instead of one large bag.
Please advise if you will have additional freight so that we can try to accommodate.
Yes. There are no restrictions on the use of your ticket.
Ages 2-9 are considered a child. Anyone under the age of 2 is free and will sit on a parents lap. Anyone over the age of 9 is charged as an adult.
Children under the age of 2 years old may sit on a parents lap. Any child 2 years or older is required by the FAA to sit in their own seat.
Our courteous ground crew will shuttle passengers directly to the plane which is located at the mid field hangars at the Charlevoix Airport just seconds away from our office.

Yes. Fresh Air Aviation requires cancellations or changes be made at least 24 hours in advance or a cancellation fee will apply.
Please notify our staff at least 24 hours in advance if your vehicle will be parked at the BIBC. We will make every effort to transport you to the boat dock or parking lot between scheduled flights.
However, please understand that our top priority is ensuring timely flight operations. On certain days, staffing may be limited. If arrangements have not been made at least 24 hours in advance, transportation to your vehicle may be delayed until both staff and a vehicle are available.

Prescription Pick-Up Service
Fresh Air Aviation staff provides FREE prescription pick-up runs on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Walgreens If your prescription is at Walgreens, please call our office once it is ready so we can schedule a pick-up. Please note: Walgreens requires a credit card to be on file in order for us to collect your prescription. If no card is on file, the prescription cannot be released to us, and another pick-up will not be attempted until this has been arranged directly with Walgreens.
Central Drug Pick-ups are available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Off-Schedule Requests If you require a prescription pick-up outside of these scheduled days, a $10 service fee will apply.
