A&P Mechanic 🔧
📍 Charlevoix, Michigan | Full-Time, Year-Round
Looking for more than just another maintenance job? Join the team at Fresh Air Aviation, an established Part 135 on-demand air charter service serving the Great Lakes Region year-round.
You'll work on a fleet of clean, well-maintained twin-engine aircraft, including Beechcraft Queen Airs and Partenavia P68Cs, while supporting essential air service to island communities throughout Northern Michigan.

What We Offer:

Front Desk

At Fresh Air Aviation, our team plays an important role in keeping Northern Michigan island communities connected. As a locally owned Part 135 air carrier, we provide essential transportation services to island communities throughout the Great Lakes region. We take pride in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive, team-oriented work environment.
As a Front Office Staff member, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and passengers. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to be part of the unique world of aviation.
Responsibilities

Welcome and assist passengers with a friendly, professional attitude

Manage reservations, passenger check-ins, and process payments

Maintain accurate financial records and daily transactions

Prepare flight manifests and assist with weight and balance calculations

Coordinate with pilots and operational staff to support daily flight activities

Answer phones, respond to customer inquiries, and provide general administrative support

Assist with light lifting and baggage handling as needed
Qualifications

Strong computer and organizational skills

Previous customer service experience preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment
